I went there with a low tech issue regarding my DVD player and TV monitor. I thought I was out of place. Super high tech equipment. I had no idea what most of the items displayed were. Ryan could have been condescending, he wasn’t not. He helped me figure things out, told me what type of cords I needed and where to plug them. He looked everywhere to see if he did have any in stock but he didn’t (most people don’t use DVD players anymore), told me what to get and showed me on line. He was incredibly patient and kind. Helped me carry the stuff back to my car. Human kindness in action. I was amazed.

Incredible guys..they got me right and fixed my BSOD, great sense of humor and will be going here for every computer issue i deal with from now on. Good price too, you’re paying for someone that has a way bigger brain in terms of IT and technology so it’s worth every penny. Would come back here any day of the week!

Ryan is AMAZING! He is my go to guy with computer repair in the Lake Norman area! I got a new gaming build from him, and I was soo impressed with it, I brought him my old rig that he didn’t even build, and he freshened that one up too! Communication is excellent and his prices are low! So low that I’ll never build one again, I’ll just tell him what I’m looking for and let him source the parts!!! 10/10 would highly recommend! Also he has a great warranty program, not that you’ll ever need it, because both rigs are doing great!
